Tropical prints in the form of exotic plants and jungle patterns are a trend for both Spring & Summer this year.
This botanical design trend has risen in popularity across interiors, fashion, prints, home decor accessories and art.
Much of this came from the colour of the year ‘Greenery’ but you can also find this trend in both fashion and home decor with various shades of green including all types of botanical and nature elements into the prints.
It started to show up already for the last two years, from the SS17 runways at New York and Milan, or Kenzo x Disney 2016 ad campaigns, to trendy Instagram palm props. Iterations of this trend continue to flourish.
In 2018 it doesn’t appear to show any signs of slowing down so I thought we’d take a little look through some of the new 2018 entries into the ongoing Tropical theme.
