We present the 15 interior designers to follow on Instagram. Instagram has become a source of inspiration on all fronts. From food to fashion, to art and design, there are hundreds of thousands of beads to inspire.

A new wave of interior designers is setting the pace with their social media approach to design, and we’ve shared some of our favorite interior designer accounts that everyone should follow.

The artist, designer, and inventor of the term “Jungalow” crafts interiors that beg to be Instagrammed. Justina Blakeney is a master of this colorful and lively aesthetic, with an Instagram page that overflows with plant-filled, tropical inspiration.

“My philosophy is don’t worry about perfection,” says Malene Barnett, designer and founder of Black Artists + Designers Guild. “When you get an idea, take action. Just do it, execute quickly, and tweak later.” On Barnett’s Instagram page, you’ll find gorgeous interiors, inspiring art, and an overall sense of empowerment, through the design world and beyond.

One of the most stunning interiors I’ve ever seen is Villa Kerylos in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, France (near Nice). It’s a beautiful, sprawling estate built in the early 1900s by a French dude who was obsessed with Ancient Greek architecture. It’s definitely worth a gander if you happen to find yourself in that part of the world. Speaking of world travel, we are currently entering the season of UNBRIDLED VACATION FOMO (aka “summer”) in which all your stupid friends go on glamourvacations, brag about it all over social media, and make you feel like a complete pauper, sitting at home alone eating a depressing salad waiting for the next episode of “Big Little Lies” to come out so you’ll have something to distract you from the utter meaninglessness of existence. BUT I HAVE A SOLUTION FOR YOU. Every Thursday you can take a vacation OF THE MIND with me on my TV show, “Unspouse My House.” It’s just like going to a glamourvilla in the South of France BUT BETTER. You’ll see everyday Americans JUST LIKE YOU AND ME, whose lives get completely transformed through the power of interior design. So tune in to @hgtv Thursdays at 9:30 to experience the getaway we’ve all been waiting for. Also, unfollow all your world traveling friends until October and concentrate solely on my show. In other news, I somehow figured out how to make this photo I took three years ago of a place thousands of miles away about my TV show. I think that deserves some kind of recognition. DON’T GO TO FRANCE WATCH MY SHOW INSTEAD OK BYE. #Eurolando #UnspouseMyHouse #vacationfomo

With an aesthetic that fuses vintage French styles with a modernist sensibility, Bikoff’s Instagram page is no less impressive. Her 2,000+ posts embody her fearless aesthetic and a keen eye for design.

ED A-listers Anne Maxwell Foster and Suysel dePedro Cunningham of Tilton Fenwick run a color-punched Instagram account that puts your right in the heart of their designs and inspiration. If you’re a pattern junkie who lives for summer palettes, this account is for you.

Essential Home is an innovative mid-century modern furniture brand that takes important historical and cinematographic references from the 1930s and 1960s and turns them into unique furnishing pieces.

This former Miles Redd associate calls his feed a “hodgepodge lodge of inspiration.” “I love color and texture, but humor is a must!” Olsen says. “I take this seriously. But I never want it to read as ‘serious.’”

“A client resisted the blue-and-orange palette I proposed for her dining room,” says Gilbane. So she posted the scheme, it got 500 likes, and her client was sold. “Instagram,” she adds, “is a great third opinion.”
