His past projects span houses in the Hamptons, an apartment in Chicago, chalets in Aspen, private residences in Miami Beach, an entirely revamped original Paul Williams property in Beverly Hills, an Art Deco city house and a palace in New Delhi, a 1930\u2019s style penthouse in Milan, a summer house in Capri, a 70\u2019s style apartment in Colombia, and an estate in Monaco. Paris is home to several stunning achievements such as mansions and private apartments among countless others.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"Jean-Louis Deniot, the assignment to create an estate in New Delhi from the ground up was the commission of his dreams. All it took to transform it into reality were ingenuity, patience, and a cadre of Indian craftsmen.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"\"\"\"\"The starting point for the design of the 25, 000-square-foot, five-bedroom home was a photo of Picasso\u2019s 19th-century Villa California in Cannes. \u201cI wanted a house that looks 100 years old\u201d said the owner of the house. Deniot, however, was keen to avoid the impression of a French house transplanted to India. Instead, he took inspiration from the architecture of the legendary British architect Edwin Lutyens in New Delhi. The stately portico on the front fa\u00e7ade and the colonnades that wrap around the side wings are particularly characteristic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Natural fibers, sensuous and luxurious, muted colors, stitched leathers, 1940\u2019s style fabric patterns\u2026 Jean-Louis Deniot completely redecorated this Falcon 2000 using materials fit for interior architecture, allowing for his designs to travel even more.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the first zone at the head of the jet, one can sit in the comfortable armchairs covered in ivory colored leather with taupe colored inserts and contrasting Bordeaux colored piping. The armchairs in the second zone are also covered by the same ivory leather, but have inserts in lighter colored perforated leather, and are finished with a taupe colored piping. The third zone houses a sleek sofa upholstered in a fabric with a motif in the style of Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann that conveniently converts into a double bed when necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n

To embellish the cabin, Deniot designed 100% wool carpeting that was manufactured by Tai Ping Carpet featuring asymmetrical patterns and shapes, and in colors that blend into the general color scheme. Refined and sensuous materials are used throughout the cabin, with lower paneling in braided leather, kitchenette and bar in a matte finished burl wood with brushed silver trimming and fittings, and suede embossed with a faux stingray motif. Attention to detail brings refinement to each space, galley and bathroom included. However, ornate decorative accessories and artwork do not have a place in this streamlined d\u00e9cor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Travelling is key to my inspiration process. I love flying, I love being up in the air; it affords me time to work on perfecting ideas and reviewing concepts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jean-Louis Deniot has also earned recognition for the furniture and lighting collections in collaboration with Jean de Merry, George Smith, Collection Pierre, Pouenat, Bronze d\u2019Art Fran\u00e7ais and more recently Marc de Berny with the Sparkx Collection. All his bespoke lines are designed in the continuity and respect of each brand\u2019s personality and style yet replete with forward-thinkingness and savory twists.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jean-Louis Deniot have had a passion for interiors since he was a small child. His first experiences with design came very early on. He started drawing and painting at the age of three and progressed to making models of miniature architecture structures and interior decors by the age of ten. J.L.Deniot experimented with many different styles such as colonial, art deco, French country, contemporary Californian, Indian, Parisian\u2026 His parents have saved some of them. \u00a0At the age of twelve, he understood that I was destined to do interior design and architecture for a living. It was very clear to him. Today, each project that he do is like a first time design experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

A great line of furniture and lighting pieces in collaboration with Baker Furniture that is slated to launch in the spring of 2016. Also, an amazing line of fabrics with the Kravet Group for 2017. And Jean Louis is currently in talks with Rizzoli for a second volume of \u201cJean-Louis Interiors\u201d that will feature all of our international projects. Also, the company have a number of fabulous houses and properties in progress around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n
